I've got a wierd bug cropping up in Win2k. Whenever I try to run Outlook Express, I get an error that WinMgmt.exe has crashed and it won't load. Any ideas?

Couple things.
1. Check to see if you have any performance counters running. If so try turning those off.
2. Use the w2k CD to boot to recovery console and run checkdisk
3. Running SP2?
4. Change the start type of the service Windows Management Instrumentation to manual and then stop the service.
5. Does the event viewer tell you anything?
6. If nothing, then just try re-installing oe
