Common IE9 Windows 7 Error and Fix

So far, I've installed IE9 on numerous Windows 7 PCs (Pro 64-bit SP1) and all of them have thrown an error when I hit Ctrl+B (or just clicked on the Organize Favorites menu entry). A message box pops up saying:

An error has occurred in this dialog.
Error 100
Invalid Class String

To fix this, you have to re-register Microsoft's JScript.dll. You can do this by first closing any instances of IE, then opening a command prompt as Admin (under Accessories, right click Command Prompt and select Run As Administrator).

At the command prompt, type the following strings:
c: [Hit the Enter Key]
cd\ [Hit the Enter Key]
cd windows\system32 [Hit the Enter Key]
regsvr32 jscript.dll [Hit the Enter Key]
--A dialogue box should pop up saying: "DllRegisterServer in jscript.dll succeeded."--

That should do it. There is a chance you may have to log off and on before it takes affect, but all my systems were fixed without logging off or rebooting.

BTW, full install versions of IE9 here:
Windows 7 32-bit
Windows 7 and Windows Server 2008 R2 64-bit
Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008 32-bit
Windows Vista and Windows Server 2008 64-bit

No error with Ctrl+B, and I don't have an 'Organize Favorites' option- but clicking around Favorites works as expected without producing an error.
