Multimonitor set-up

So I recently put my multimonitor set-up back together and have one major annoyance. I'd love to be able to go off of the edge of one screen and onto the other, no matter what side of the screen I go off of. Say, if I go off of the left side of the left monitor, I'll end up on the right side of the right monitor and have a bit of a loop. Are there any Windows applications for this, or is there a way to make Windows do this without installing anything extra?

I'm sorry, don't have time to look further, just realized the time, but the feature you're describing is called "pointer wrap" or "pointer wrapping". Apparently there's an app called Edgeless that does that. Have to get home!
