Hi all,

Need some help and pointers on stopping a prompt from 'staging.examiner.com at restricted' windows security pop up now whenever i go online and open a new window.
My OS is windows 7 home - genuine copy.
This started after i uninstall my free copy of videopad software, while leaving my computer connector to the internet.

Is there any settings in windows i can do to stop this?

When I get odd things like this, I usually start with malwarebytes, and then move on to Auslogics registry cleaner (not the defragger for this issues). Once I've got the simple things out of the way, then I go to the regsitry editing myself.
