I've been doing a fair bit of on the phone advice to clients who have trouble implementing the changes they need to make. I need a way to remotely fix things for them that I don't have to spend many hours invested in learning how it works - and is reasonably transparent to users.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Freeware or open source preferred but a paid solution if bullet-proof and incredibly easy to use might work fine as well.
