Really Tiny LiveCD 64-Bit Distro...

Okay, so I'm looking to run a 64-bit LiveCD, what sort isn't particularly important so long as it has some sort of GUI. The big clincher is that I am on an internet connection with a hefty bandwidth limit and no BitTorrent capability, so I'm looking for something smallish. I downloaded the qemu 'embedded' package for Damn Small Linux, but I'm not quite sure how to make an ISO with that or if I need to redownload. Is DSL x64-compatible? (Are all Linux distros x64-compatible at this point?)

There's no 64-bit version of DSL (it's intended for older hardware) but it will run a treat on 64-bit hardware, provided that it has drivers for all of your hardware. It will almost certainly run the video in VESA mode, and I don't remember if it supports SATA drives or not.

The embedded package isn't for burning -- it's for running inside a virtual machine. You want to download the plain .iso file from DSL's website. You shouldn't need the SYSLINUX version, that's for older h/w.
