Hello;

I am receiving messages from HP-UX Server
"The operating system is unable to communicate with the service processor.

The support bus which connects the system processors, the service processor and the Power Monitor or Platform Monitor may have become hung ". How to check the service processor firmware revision?

Is this a problem which has just started happening on a system which used to function normally? Or is this a new (or upgraded) system?

What leads you to believe that it is a firmware problem, and not a hardware failure?

It would also help if you could tell us what the hardware is.
