help pls: Folding Console and win98/2000 dualbooting

need some advise pls: i dual (duel? :) boot between win98se and 2000pro and run the FAH CLI console on both of them, i ran the console first in 98 then fired it up in 2000, thinking it would just carry on where 98 left off, but the two OSes have downloaded different WUs now... not ideal.

any ideas how i can get them to work on the same WU?

Maybe by using the -local option it won't rely on registry settings for the configuration. Other than that I don't know.

(And it is dual as in two of something rather than duel - a fight to the death... )

Yea, try the -local switch and have just one directory for both OS's.
