Which F@H client to use?

I'm gonna try and fold again. So I've got a C2D 2.66ghz (no overclocking cuz i just dont care) with an HD3870. Which would be the better client? I'm running Vista 32bit also.
Core i5 2500K | Antec Kuhler 620 | 16GB G.Skill Ripjaws DDR3 | 240GB Vertex 4 | Asrock Z77 Pro4 | 2 x Gigabyte HD 7850 | LG BluRay Burner | CoolerMaster Storm Scout

I would assume that the SMP client would be best for your dual core system:
