Diskless Folding behind a proxy

New version just released with support for specifying a proxy between your farm and Stanford. N.B. That's the only change in this version so if you are not blocked by a proxy then you don't need to upgrade. This is something that several people have asked for over the years and petchard finally made enough of a pest of himself over PM for me to get around to, sorry it took so long.
