well the same error msg pops up...saying that the core has encountered an error and needs to shut down...even with the new 4670 installed

i did use the driver cleaner pro and all traces of nvidia are gone from my system

i have no idea why it isn't working the way it should...i'd like to contribute more you see so at least getting this thing running properly would make me feel better :)

so where do we go from here?

Try this: Log in as the administrator, install and run the client as the administrator. :D

This is very perplexing and I'm not sure where else we should go from here. :-? I'll have to dig through the Stanford forums and see what I can find.

guess i have to wait then...the SMP client i'm running right not (MPICH) is working just fine...helping the team along just fine i reckon
