41k point yesterday! Woot. He is ranked #42 on the team. That's just awesome. He's on pace to pass JBI, idchafee and Dr Evil by Halloween. Can we break the top 20? cass in position #20 is 1,823,748 points away with a ppd of 13k. Dividing out that margin by the number of days before halloween gives me a number of 83k additional ppd needed. So lets call it an even 100k. That's definitely attainable. We were 40% of the way there yesterday, and are on pace for a 55k day today.
We're also #6 in ppd for the team, with seggy at the top with 76.6.
We are ranked #249 in the world in ppd, and #20 is 71k.
We are ranked #1655 in the world in total points, and jumping up to that which would give us top 20 in the team would be around #600. 4 million points would put us on the cusp of top 500 in the world, and that is a daily requirement of 101k ppd.
Yo-ho! If we pool are ranks, we can have franky in the top 20 daily producers in the world, the top 500 overall, the top daily producer on our team, and the top 20 overall on our team. I see that as a goal that we can reach!

I really need to setup a tracker thing that will track such things for us. I wish my programming skills were more up-to-snuff.
EDIT: Excel to the rescue:

It's on backorder. I inquired and they emailed me that it should ship by this weekend. I do not believe them. Can't wait to get this thing going though to see how it folds in Vista. I have decided that the 9800GX2 was not meant for Vista.

Has anyone run two GPU2 clients on Vista and gotten good results? I'd hate to keep spending money only to find out it does little good.

We had 79k points yesterday. I think our goal might actually be achievable. That would just be so cool!

Hey, can you update the url to your sig so that everyone using it shows the increase in PPD without having to cut and paste a new sig?

Yeah, I'm going to just upload it to my server so that the link will be consistent:

Hmm, the average take a while to update eh? In light of that I've switched my stuff over earlier since it would be nice to have the average 24hr PPD beat segfault too =D

Hey there everyone!

Later today when I get off work I'll be starting up at least one GPU client and maybe a client (not sure which one) on my Athlon X2 and possibly one on my Core2 boxes. Might just be running the GPU for the begining. Should I run SMP on those dual cores?

Either way, let's make some cheese for Frankenbot!!!

I'm not really in-the-know, but I'd say run a single+gpu on the athlon and SMP+gpu on the c2d. You have enough RAM in them?

Two gigs in each. Enough? I might just run the GPU2 for a bit.

Frankie's ppd will take a bit of a hit over the weekend as I'll be consolidating my GPU clients.

I just added 3 overclocked 8800gt's which is about 15,000ppd.
May add more later.
Maybe that will help Frankenbot get to 100kppd.
