The app kinda sucks, though - no browsing using the search assistants, only searching by keywords. or at least that's what it was when I deleted it after fooling around with it for 15 minutes a week ago.

Adam's Trouble Full - It's an addictive app where you would love to save Troubled Adam from the dingy sewer. It has a total of 25 levels and it gets more interesting with every level... I could cross 18 levels in 45 mins..

Have a try and post here if you can do better than me

I'll post mine at a later time - just wanted to chime in with:

Holy crap DoodleJump is ADDICTIVE and totally worth the price. What a simple yet great game that's just perfect. 47,262 is my high score so far.

I would like to wholeheartedly recommend Solitaire City Deluxe. There's a free version that's double-deck Klondike only, and it's very good, good enough that I plopped down the $6 for the full version. The full version is amazing. Tons of different kinds of games, including Klondike, Freecell, Spider, Tri-Peaks, and Golf, plus a bunch of others I haven't played, and there are multiple variations on each game type. I can't say enough good about it.

Flashlight - probably won't use it much, just turns the screen white so that it gives off as much light as possible. Would be more useful if it had access to the brightness slider.

If you have the same Flashlight 2.0.1 app as me, slide your finger up/down on the screen to change the brightness. Slide left/right to change the color. I often change the color to red because pure red lighting doesn't ruin your night vision. Although unfortunately, any LCD displaying red is about one-third as bright as when the same display is showing white due to the nature of an LCD's subpixels. Hold your finger on the screen to make instructions appear.

The Flashlight app is great because you probably don't have a flashlight in your pocket half the times you could use one, but most of those times you do have your phone.

Echofon - Twitter client that also posts to Facebook and Myspace
Darkroom - Waits for the camera to be steady before taking a picture
Facebook- No explanation needed
Urbanspoon - What do you want to do for lunch?
IM+ Lite - IM client
Flickr - Yay...mobile uploading of pics taken using my phone
ComicZeal - Best comic reader for the iPhone, without a doubt
Pandora - Is it me, or has the audio quality improved drastically since it was first released?
FML - A decent timekiller when in the john or when you don't feel like being productive at your desk
Word Ace - Scrabble + Texas Hold 'Em = Awesome
Tap Tap Revenge 3 - Better interface than TTR2, but the free song selection isn't as good.
Tap Tap Revenge 2 - There are some songs on here that I still enjoy playing.
Super Search - Lets you search a multitude of different engines and websites (Google, Yahoo, Wikipedia, IMDB, etc.)
Google Earth - Hey, I can see my house from here!
The Weather Channel - The default Weather app is too stripped down for my tastes
AT&T myWireless - On the off-chance that I need to make a sudden payment or need to look at my account
Sleepmaker Waves Free - Noise machine that the wife and I use when we stay at a hotel or someone else's house
iheartradio - App that lets you tune into Clear Channel radio stations across the country. I use this so I canlisten to the Bob & Tom while at work.
Craigsphone - Craigslist app
Words with Friends - Scrabble app that my wife loves
Low Grav Racer 2 - Very much a Wipeout clone, but it's very well done. It's currently free on the app store, so grab it while you can
Heavy is good, heavy is reliable. If it doesn't work, you can always hit them with it.

Would some people like to post an update in here for me, please?

I just got an iPhone last week. Coming from Android, I know some of the main apps that were cross platform, but I still don't know what apps Apple folks use. Post 'em if ya got 'em.

I have like 6 apps installed that didn't come on the phone.

Gmail
Spotify
ESPN Scorecenter
Soundhound
Twitter

I don't do a whole bunch of gaming err whatever you may call it so people with utilities and productivity apps that would be recommended would be greatly appreciated if they posted them.

Woah! Zombie thread!

But I'll share, Jack.

RedLaser
Steam
GasBuddy
Pandora

RedLaser is great for looking up deals on something. I've even heard of people using the app for price matching at stores. I put Steam on there because if you game on PC, it's nifty for occaisionally installing games remotely.

And since this thread did come back, I'd like to see some utilities that other people use as well.
On second thought, let's not go to TechReport. It's infested by crypto bull****.
