No refueling, front tires narrowed by 25mm, a limit of 8 sets of tires over a race weekend (teams get 11 sets, but must turn in 3 unused sets at the end of the race), and requiring the top-10 qualifiers to start on their qualifying tires. This begins to look a whole lot like the late '80s/early '90s battles between the Canon-liveried Williams and the McLaren-Marlboro cars. Who are the modern team equivalents of Mansell/Piquet and Prost/Senna?
