Am having my current PC for just over a year now. Just after building, did overnight CPU stress tests and the temps at full load were just around 60C.
Repeated those tests today and was surprised to see temps crossing 70C in two rounds of IntelBurnTest (tested with 'Maximum RAM available' setting). The readings are consistent with CoreTemp, RealTemp, Speedfan.

I have not overclocked the CPU and I've not moved my case around.
Anyway, my questions are
1. Are these temps too hot?
2. If Yes, should I re-apply the heatsink thermal compound, or should I get a new heatsink (using stock heatsink now), or should I get more case fans (using stock 120mm from Antec Sonata III case now)?
3. If Yes, to one or more of the above, please give me your product recommendations.
Note - I do not run Folding@Home, and temps remain under 55C during my normal day-to-day tasks (Firefox, foobar, Google Talk).
Thanks in advance, to this excellent community, for your feedback.
