To me the gamepad is more comfortable for long sessions, at the cost of accuracy. So I have a wired Xbox 360 controller attached to my PC that I use with every game that supports gamepad input. I'd rather be able to play for extended periods when I have time than have to quit prematurely just because my wrist, forearm, and the back of my hand aches. And keep the masturbation jokes to yourselves (preemptively).
