Laser toner printer carts, especially ones from third parties, are usually hit or miss, but they're great value. Perfect for printing tons of documents that don't really need print press-quality, like school or office reports and other day-to-day stuff.
They're prone to having grayer-than-usual blacks, for one, and the output may not necessarily be the same in quality as your original Brother toner cart. This is especially true when using the "econo" modes most laser printers have. I've never seen a third-party cart, refilled or remanufactured, match the "blackness" of the originals under econo mode, but that's just me. The worst ones can smudge or have faint vertical banding, but thankfully, those were isolated cases and had more to do with the quality of the actual remanufactured cartridge than the toner powder itself. This has been my experience using remanufactured HP and Samsung laser toner carts, but YMMV.
That being said, the Amazon link you gave is not really an Amazon product per se, it's a reseller selling through Amazon's website.
LinkYo is also the same guys as the ones behind SuperMediaStore.com They have an A+ with BBB:
