NFL 2011/2012 - Week 6

Fri Oct 14, 2011 10:25 am

Week 6 already? Man . . . . . . February to September will really be dead next year.

Matchups are going to be interesting this weekend, except for two of the games.

Sunday, Oct.16
Carolina @ Atlanta - Maybe
Indianapolis @ Cinci - This one of the non-close games.
Jacksonville @ Pittsburgh - Big Ben don't work magic two weeks in a row.
Buffalo @ NYG - upset pick of the week. . . . . maybe
San Fran @ Detroit - I think SF has the defense to stop Best from going off.
St. Louis @ Green Bay - The other non-close game
Philly @ Washington - What's Vick gonna do???????
Cleveland @ Oakland - This is a tough one to call . . .really
Houston @ Baltimore - Does the Ravens D have enough energy to keep up with Houston? Enquiring minds want to know.
New Orleans @ Tampa Bay
Dallas @ New England
Minessota @ Chicago - With all the receivers and the run game and the D that the Vikings have, you would they they would be doing better huh!!!

Monday, Oct.17
Miami @ NYJ - never a easy one to call cause Miami shows up to play at the weirdest of times.

Byes: Arizona, Denver, Kansas city, San Diego, Seattle, Tennessee

Get those rosters filled peoples!!!

I will not be around next week, so if someone can post up week 7 - thanks. I know its not really necessary, but I don't like playing against someone with a half-empty roster. . . . . just don't feel right . . .win or lose.

I'm watching the Michigan vs. Michigan State game and all I keep thinking is Indy really need to focus on picking up some good defensive players in the draft next year.

I don't think they need a QB right now. maybe in 2-3 years. What they NEED right now is a defense that can stop a running game and let the DB's finally have enough energy to stop a passing attack. Yes the front four can get their job done, but the LB's really need some size and not just speed now. Watching them goo back into a funk after so many years of being a losing team before Manning is really depressing. I've been a Colts fan since '88. I don't need to see those years again.
