I've already purchased a receiver http://www.amazon.com/Onkyo-TX-NR609-Ch ... 327&sr=8-1, and am now looking into getting a nice set of speakers to match it.
Klipsch has always been one of my favorite names in sound, and when I was looking through amazon I came across these http://www.amazon.com/Klipsch-HD1000-Ch ... 719&sr=1-1.
At $400 that seems like a deal that may be a bit too good to be true... so what gives? The HD 1000's are wonderfully reviewed from what I can tell, and there are so many great things to be said about them... so why are they at such an entry level price?
I've done some research and found that all sites that are selling this speaker set at the ~$400 price range have been doing there business through a distributor named "onecall". Has anyone had experience with this company? If it was a scam of sorts (selling refurbed products or counterfeits as new) would Amazon handle the situation well?
Thanks for the advice!!! I'm just afraid of falling for a deal that is too good to be true haha !
Seems legit.cjcerny wrote:Onecall is not a scam. They have been around for a long time and are a reliable seller. I have purchased several things from them in the past few years without issue.
