HDR on GTX 560 ti 1028 stock in EVE Online

Wed Feb 22, 2012 12:00 am

is my GTX 560 Ti 1028 stock GPU able to handle HDR and excess memory in Eve Online. Mainly is HDR too hard on my GPU, not meant for my GPU. I have pretty much every setting on high except AA. Have sony LCD TV 1080p 60HZ.

Monitor resolution would be an important factor. Assuming a mainstream resolution i would think not a problem at all.

A 560 should be fine for most things in EVE, unless you start getting overboard multi-accounting, or participating in monster (1000v1000-esque) 0.0 fights, at reasonable (1080p or below) resolutions. If you are in larger fights, or are having FPS issues, try disabling real-time shadows, as it doesn't scale very well with many objects on screen.
