Just today I swapped out my 4870 for a new 7850, and now the HDMI audio isn't working. The video works fine, but the computer seems to think the HDMI audio output isn't plugged in. I remember that back in the day I had to download a separate little driver for HDMI audio, but everything I've read seems to indicate that it's already included with CCC now. Due to earlier issues with CCC, I installed only the driver and CCC itself but no optional features. I've already sent an email to AMD support, but there's no telling how long they'll take to get back to me. Anyone here have any ideas? I've already tried restarting my computer with the TV plugged in and on, as well as plugging it in after the PC boots.
