That sucks , I was looking to buy 2 of them.
Even the 680 GTX's are all sold out.
I'm wondering who would buy one of these things for a grand.

In the 50 to 100 times that I've checked since NVidia's so-called "launch" of the GeForce GTX 680, Newegg has never had one in stock.

The EVGA GeForce GTX 690 was in stock earlier this evening when I started this thread, though it was 20% more expensive than NVidia's claimed list price.

Newegg does have GTX680 cards in stock pretty often (I got one from them on the first week of release), you just have to use right tools to get one. "Auto-notify" works (if you have smartphone and "push"-enabled e-mail account), so does the "auto-check" tool someone posted on EVGA forums...
