Jamie Moyer is starting for the Rockies this year. He had Tommy John almost 2 years ago. You can do anything you put your mind too. I'm not sure which leg it was, but as long as its even 75-80% of what it was, he should be fine. Not a WHOLE lot of kneed strength needed to pitch.
