The only downside to the Storm Scout is that it doesnt come with front panel USB3.0, but I think
you can get an accessory kit to replace the front panel USB2.0 ports with 1 or 2 of them being converted to USB3.0. (don't quote me on that)
Looks like a gaming rig with a little flair since many of those cases have side panel windows, the OP needs a fan controller (aka plans to stuff more fans into the case than what his mobo has pinouts/controls for), and that none of them are particularly "silent" cases.
