For anyone who might be interested in some UT2004 nostalgia, my home server will be up and running this evening and possibly tomorrow evening as well, depending on interest.

Sorry I missed out. Did you guys put a serious hurtin' on some bots?

Krogoth, were you running any non-stock maps? Did you link to a redirect server, and if so, how did it work out?

I got the redirect working (using http://uz2.ut-files.com/) which has a very large list of map and other content that covers almost everything that is loaded onto my server.

Whoa... people still play it??? :o It's not as old as original UT, but still... Anyways, if you still run teh server - try to make it more interesting, maybe add in some mutators/mods... I remember playing "Invasion" mod/mutator back when I used to play UT2004 - was lots and lots of fun, especially when you're the only one left alive, with bunch of monsters following you and the rest of the players spectating you and trying to cheer you up or give you advices
