Already planning on getting Terraria when I get home...

But of today's titles, I obviously recommend Portal to the 3 people who haven't played it.
On second thought, let's not go to TechReport. It's infested by crypto bull****.

Crusader Kings II looks intriguing...

Luckily I just got back from 3 weeks in Italy so I am completely broke.

Add another vote to that.

...also, the PopCap games collection is currently 50% off - all their games are pretty good timesinks for people with low-performing GPUs in their PCs/laptops/netbooks and/or for any very "causal" gamer.

Not really worth it for people who are just interested in DeusEx... That collection has a lot of "junk", like the awful "DX: Invisible War" (that garbage isn't even worth a single $1) or the item "packs" and the "Missing Link" DLC for DX:HR which are (IMO) also a waste of $$$.

Fair enough.
Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light wasn't too bad.
Just Cause 2 was entertaining shoot-em-up fun.
Thief: Deadly Shadows was pretty good.

Yea, Just Cause 2 was fun... Though I've played it on XBox360, not sure how good was the PC port.

B.t.w, Bethesda's "collection" is somewhat disappointing... Instead of that garbage "Brink" title (Splash Damage used to make very fun mods... what happened to them???) the package should've included the "Fallout 3" with all the DLCs and/or older games like Morrowind and Oblivion.

P.S: For people who were looking to try out the somewhat popular survival/zombie mod called "DayZ" - it's a perfect timing, since "Arma2: Combined Operations" package (that's what you need to install the mod) is also on sale for like $24.

Pretty solid. No performance or bug issues when I played through it. Came free when I bought a HD6870, along with Mafia II which I still haven't even installed.

Saints Row the Third has a lot of that as well, and that's $12.50 for a few more hours.

Orcs must die! is one of today's deals. I'll give it a thumbs up.

Borderlands is great fun.

Plants vs. Zombies is entertaining.

The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim is a very good game.

Yeap, Saints Row the Third is well worth its current price... I've had more fun with it than with GTA4 - even though it is less "realistic" and with shorter gameplay time it had lots of silly, memorable stuff, like running as a toilet bowl in a Tron-like world

While it's not the best game ever, L.A. Noire is on sale for 4.99. I think it's well worth that.

I finally picked up Terraria after seeing it on sale so many times before. After playing for an hour I regret it, it's basically Minecraft in 2D and not my style. At least it was cheap.

Been filling in some blanks in my library, LA Noire, Saints Row 3 and DLC, Sanctum, Fallout: New Vegas DLC, we'll see how it goes from there. I have no shortage of games to play but somehow I'm still buying more.

Edit: 16/07/2012 - F.E.A.R. 3, Cave Story+, Assassins Creed: Brotherhood, and Total War 2: Shogun DLC

I think that's how it works with most of us during these sales.

FO:NV is @ 9.99 for a little while. I think this one goes until noon CST.

Right now you can get Dead Space 1+2 for just 10 bucks. This sale ends at 10 am CST.

I'm tempted myself to pick up Batman:AC pack. Just can't quite bring myself to hitting the buy button.

Hit the buy button. The Batman stuff is, frustratingly, good! You wont be disappointed.

In response to games I see:

Sanctum is good. I want them to develop some more and balance a few things, but it's still pretty solid and loads of fun.

The Batman games are excellent. I play mine on my 360 (don't shun me), but they are, in my opinion, the best superhero games ever (better than Spider-Man 2).

I personally really like Borderlands, but most people can love it for $5. Easy.

Plants vs. Zombies is the most fun I've ever had with a tower defense game, and has a ton of character.

And I already plugged Saints Row 3, but it really is awesome. It's the wacky, fun twin to GTA.

Also, for $5 you can get Fallout 3 GOTY and for $10 you can get Fallout: New Vegas Ultimate edition. They're both great games, and to get them with 4 (New Vegas) or 5 (3) compelling DLCs for that price is incredible. If you don't have them already, they're so worth the price.

Sorry Carl. I've never played Mirror's Edge. Can't say one way or another. Five bucks is cheap though.
