Should be ok, the only thing that may be of concern is the drop-off of capacity due to age. If you have a Kill-A-Watt (a must-have device if you are geeky enough to be concerned about these things), you can monitor the power draw. After all it is about the total power supplied by the 12V rails, not the overall 550W. Since the 670 uses 2 6-pin connectors, we are looking at 225W max potential power draw from the video card. The HX520 is capable of 480W across the 3 rails. Even if the drop-off is 20% it should still be good enough combined with a 100W CPU draw.
