I suppose that a fresh one doesn't hurt. There was a re-warmed topic in the Hot Deals forum already:

I thought we needed one with the new price in the title.

SSD prices are nutty right now, hard to buy one without a better deal coming along while you're still getting used to it.

EDIT: Hot Deals would be the proper place for this, I picked the wrong forum.

Yeah it used to be a case of not wanting to buy SSDs because they were too expensive. Now the only reason not to buy one is that you know there will be an even better deal tomorrow :D

Thanks for the heads up, I already have one of these and it's been nothing but rock solid (unlike my past experience with OCZ), so a second might be in order. In other news...will somebody please tell Newegg to leave their site alone? Every damn time I go there, a new layout has been pushed.
Heavy is good, heavy is reliable. If it doesn't work, you can always hit them with it.

Yep, I was thinking the same thing. They need to just commit to one layout and stay with.

Here I was thinking I got a good deal on the 830 128GB for $109. :( Come on hots on the 512GB! :)

I participated in a survey before this latest redesign. I told them to leave it the heck alone.
