This is the cheapest I've seen an HD 7970 go for. No mail in rebates to deal with either. If on the fence about a high-end GPU upgrade, now's your chance.

Apologies, but Tigerdirect.com doesn't seem to be offering a similar instant rebate coupon.

That is the best deal I've come across. Closest was a 7950 for around 300 after 7% off and a 20 MIR. I've also been eyeballing a higher end card but don't really need a new card for my current gaming habits. I also wonder how much my CPU would hold back either of these cards.

At first I was tempted to get a second HD 7970 for crossfire. But I just can't justify it for my monitor's resolution and the potential issues with extra frame lag and microstuttering encountered with crossfire. Hopefully someone at TR can take advantage of this though!
