j5 Wormhole KM Switch

Thu Dec 13, 2012 9:10 am

I noticed newegg is going to have the j5 Wormhole KM switch on shell shocker at 10am (Pacific). I'm thinking about getting one since it's a nice compact way to transfer data directly between computers. Not sure what the price will be, but I thought I'd give everyone a heads up. Here's the product page.

For $15, I figure why not give it a shot. Thanks for the heads up.

I'm torn. Like you said, $15 is a pretty decent price. However, I'd really like one thats USB 3.0....

I don't have many USB3 devices (if any?) so it's not a huge concern for me. I think the utility outweighs the potential speed loss for my use case, at least.
