Great Re-usable Metal Car Coffee Mugs

Sun Dec 16, 2012 9:23 pm

Hi. I recall learning about Smart wool sox on TR. Go figure - but a great product.

So, having lost the link to a great metal travel coffee mug from the New York Times cheap gift list maybe two years ago, I am open to suggestion of brands and models.

Metal, must fit in car hole, but be bigger on top - high capacity. This one had a place it could be clipped - like onto a pack.

Thanks!

I use this one. It seals well enough that I can clip it onto my backpack and walk to work without any coffee spilling. It insulates well and holds a lot of liquid. You can probably do better on the price if you look elsewhere, but I think I got it for $10 on sale at BB&B.

Costco has a good deal on a pair of Contigo Autoseal travel mugs for $20+tax. Here's a single one at Amazon for $18.63:

Hi - thanks - the Contigo was the brand I liked. This model is a bit different - bought one from their web site. No leaking issues for me.

Great gift idea!
