so i just got my self the sabertooth 990fx r2.0 and was wondering which ram to get
although my choices are limited since im buying from a local retailer
these are some options i have

these match what my local dealer has but i will be getting the 8gb single dimm instead of a pair

I'd say this since that kingston kit is too expensive (understandably since it's 2x8GB) and the other Corsair stick has the ridiculous high heatspreader.

Though i suppose you understand that buying a 2x4GB dual channel kit will limit your maximum amount of RAM to 16 GB for that mobo. If you do have the money and you would indeed benefit from 16 GB right now, then by all means buy that Kingston kit, which ultimately would allow you to install a maximum of 32 GB on the mobo (didn't check but i presume the mobo supports it. you better check yourself in the manual).

I would NOT get a single dim as you won't be able to run in dual channel mode, also if you wanted to upgrade to another stick later on, you may get compatibility issues.

Best bet is to get an 8GB kit (2x4GB modules) at 1866MHZ since that is what the mobo and AM3+ can support.

how bad is the performance gona be hit by running jus a single dimm
its only temporary maby after a month ill get another 1
the kingston 8gb dimm costs me around 48$ locally
as well as corsair 8gb dimm both run at 1600mhz
im also wondering wich of the two brands is the better one

Not sure on the performance hit, you would have to check for some benchmarks, those could be hard to find since most tests are run with 2 sticks of ram in dual channel mode.

As for make of ram, I don't really think it matters, kingston, corsair, usually use elphida or whatever other chips are available (micron, etc.) just look at the warranty, then the reviews, and price.

And remember to check for 1866 MHz memory also.

also you may want to grab it now, that specific kit has gone up about 10 bucks in the past week or 2 as ram prices are on the rise!!

although i cant purchase online cuz i live in dubai and have to do with what retail provides here the one's i had listed are the ones available locally also
