Ability to set playback devices for each user

Does anyone know if there is a way to set the audio playback devices in Windows 8 so that they can be setup for each user?? My wife likes to use a USB headset, and I prefer to have the regular sound go through my speakers so I can use the headset for voice chat only. Everyday I need to set the default audio device back to the speakers when I get on the computer.

If you can figure out how to do it in a script or batch file, you could add it to your startup for each user.
