If they actually upgrade the engine to dx11 it should be a lot better balanced.
But if they haven't yet for ARR I'm not expecting anything before next year.

Well, I guess, unless their CPU clock were a lot higher than mine. I suppose a lot of those guys with 3930Ks and 3960X probably have exotic custom watercooler loops going. Hehe.
