Hiya-
In Windows XP, is there a way to make an internal drive appear to the host system as a Samba (network) shared drive?
We use some software at our shop that runs on a Windows XP box. It is designed to use a Samba share located on a server to store some frequently used files. It will not allow an internal drive to be selected to store these files, only a network drive. I would like to see if I can get better performance by using an internal drive instead, so I need to kinda trick it into believing an internal drive is a network share. Any suggestions?
Thanks,
