Spartan,
I think I finished my first playthrough at 33; when I got to the second playthrough I had to respec to be competitive. As a Siren, I went for pretty much the damage tree, with a few points in the skill that instantly gives you health if you kill an enemy. Hope that helps! Dunno what the other classes should be specced as though. My Siren's 48 or 49 now though; PM me if you're still looking for someone to fight with. I'm on mostly in the evenings and I'm on the West Coast.

Which end boss? Warrior or that plant thing? Were you able to beat that plant thing on the first playthrough?

I'm at the warrior; I don't remember the plant thing, but that doesn't mean I didn't kill it.

Edit: If you mean this guy, yes I did solo him.

Why havent I been paying this since release? I played the first Borderlands but never played the DLC/Xpacs. On a whim this past weekend I bought BL2 on Steam. And man I dont remember the original ever being this funny.

The DLC for the first Borderlands had better humor than the main game. Except for the Mad Moxxi one, though that's probably because I'm not all that into arena combat.

I have all of the DLC for the first Borderlands, but I never got around to playing it. Now that I've played through BL2 I want to go back and play through the BL1 DLC. The only problem is that I don't think I have my saves from the original Borderlands and I really don't want to play through BL1 again just to be able to do the DLC.

You don't need to beat the main game to play the DLC though I think you need to be leveled up to around the 30's for the General Knoxx one. Claptrap and Dr. Ned will start at whatever level you're at.

I'm excited for the Tiny Tina's DLC. I thought Captain Scarlett and Her Pirate's Booty was pretty good, LOVED Mr. Torgue's Campaign of Carnage (EXXXXXXXXPPPPLOOOOOOSSSSSSSIIIIIIIIOOOOOOOOONNNNNN!). The story was interesting, I just loved Mr Torgue's dialog. Sir Hammerlock's Big Game Hunt I thought was pretty boring. The villain was boring, the story was boring and I found I kept hopping back to Pyro' Pete's bar to take on some drunken badarses to break the monotony of the Big Game Hunt.

Anything with Tiny Tina is a win.

Just a quick bump to say that Borderlands 2 (Steam download version) is $13.60 for a few more hours at Gamefly... This is more or less the cheapest it's been as far as I know.
