Crash dump initialization failed! Event ID 46

Hi

I'm running Win 7 Pro machine and found every now and then I get the following error message (Crash dump initialization failed! Event ID 46) which is not very important but I wana know what it means and how to fix it? :)

Some people mistakenly make their virtual storage (page space) zero on their C partition. Don't know if this is your problem, but should always leave a GB or two for crash dumps.
