Looks good. IF you've got any spare cash, I'd put it toward a better quality PSU. The CX600M isn't bad but an 80 Plus Gold PSU would be better. Your system calcs out to a 550W PSU not overclocked. So 600W is probably a good target.

Pretty compatible with each other, but what case are you screwing them into?
The 212 is by no means a huge cooler, but you need to check that the case is wide enough to accommodate it.
Congratulations, you've noticed that this year's signature is based on outdated internet memes; CLICK HERE NOW to experience this unforgettable phenomenon. This sentence is just filler and as irrelevant as my signature.

I'll probably be getting the Cooler Master HAF 912 ATX Mid Tower, it should be large enough.

Pick up a GTX 750ti to get by for the rest of the year on the cheap, then get a GM204 / GM200 Maxwell card in 1H 2015.

770 and 280x are just too old to be worth it at this point.

You might also consider getting the SSD in the ~500GB range. The price/performance curves are looking really attractive there, and it might be large enough for your Steam folder :D
