Cool, how do you like the V1? For what it cost, the darned thing takes great pictures for a digital... I'm up to 16K pics now, though most are deleted because of experimentation...

Anyone in a photo club? Thinking of joining a local one just to work with people to pick thier techniques.

Just wanted to say that these pictures are really kick ass. If I had a digital camera I would be taking pictures like these.

My Xbox is looking pretty cool. Those pics are old already and I cleamed up all the paint where it wasn't supposed to be (Jewel, sides etc..)

Very good shots guys, keep 'em coming. I especially like the nature-macro shots.

I took these at farmers market on Saturday. Despite feeling that I had some good subjects, I failed to get any really good shots. Here's something, anyway.

The farmers market is conducted on the block surrounding the capital. It gets crowded during the peak hours but not crowded enough to cause any problems.
Image

I probably took 30 shots of people playing with the bubbles and they were all horrible because of either focus issues, the A75's inability to resolve, or chromatic abborations.
Image

And here is one for the gipper. Better late than never.
Image

Aside from the scaling and black boarder, no modifications. As always, click for the full size originals.

Ive never found filters to be any good for sunsets, the question is which film/digital you used. :D

Anyway, love the colors in those. The worst thing though, a photo of a sunset is never ever as good as the real thing.

I match that and raise with one... :D

This one is on velvia. 70-200/2.8 and Eos33

And this was some old compact P&S with kodak gold or some crap like that.

A little out of season, but kind of a cool pic with the old advertisements on the barn.

Photography, not digital photography. 8) Unless you talk to a religous zealot from the glassplate ages of course.

Both of these shots @ 480mm. I need a monopod (or some direct sunlight =)

Both are cropped and resized. As always, click for the unaltered originals. Unfortunately, I only have a 256 MB card so I had to capture these in 'low quality' mode.
