... And made myself a little site...

It's aimed at people lesser than the general TR crew, who don't know how a PC works but they know that it does, and it contains a CPU, graphics card, sound card, monitor, printer, scanner, and a mouse...

Only one article there so far, but hey, that's a start, I've moved it from dreamwater.net (I wasn't impressed, it couldn't upload .png or .zip files) to stormloader (run by dw I think, has exactly the same options etc., and you can even upload flash )

Oh yer, the link...

<a href="http://www.stormpages.com/computergeek/" target=new> Click here to find the wondersite  </a>

Oh, don't mock the cheapness of the domain, it's all I can afford, but be impressed by the title graphic 430 x 287 pixels, and only 9.8K... yet loses absolutely no detail on the Paint Shop Pro file...

Damn I'm Good ,

Edit: Obviously not good enough to get the link right

Cpu was a good place to start. Explaination of IPC and Clockspeed good! Its amazing how often a person has to explain these concepts to new computer users. Its a good start I say!

Pentium 4 section up, if the link on CPU don't work here's the URL:

http://www.stormpages.com/computergeek/0202/p4_exp/

It should do, it's just my browser cache objects to new content ,

Pretty good start, but the Branch Prediction Unit isn´t a pipeline =)
It´s a Unit sitting apart from the pipeline, that´s why it´s shorted as BPU and not
BPP(ipeline).

Anyways, good start, keep it up.
Your explanations seem pretty good, especially for beginners.

Quick point to anyone who thinks they have the whole PC thing sussed: go make a website, then see how long it takes you to write each point. If you have to stop each more than once, you need to reserach the point better.

Speaking from personal experience, I'm sure the TR staff would agree,

I've finally decided to change the pants tagline thingy on my logo to something different.

I think I'm going to be a bit sarky and put "Lynx-enabled" or something...

hehe, that'll confuse everyone,
