TV card for laptops?

I use tht exact device on my laptop. It works well, but I still prefer internal cards. Sager has a laptop tht comes with one....so the technology is there, but I haven't seen one that can be installed by the end user.

I use that one also. It's not bad, but it compresses the TV image quite a bit which leads to some blockiness in the image. But overall it works without any problems. Just don't expect a flawless image from it.
