Ok, I just got a new laptop from Ibuypower and I think its messed up.. heres the specs... amd 64 3200, 1024 pc 3200ram, 80gig harddrive, and radeon mobility 9600 128. Any how after playing 3d games and stuff.. even with a fan on it the screen goes crazy .. and gets red dots and ohter stuff all over it... and it still does it if you reboot, you see it in the bios screen and while windows is rebooting.. is the video card bad or what does that sound like?

You could try taking a can of compressed air and spraying it through the laptop.

I had a similar problem awhile back with my wifes laptop. But, if it is brand new, I would RMA it (send it back). Could be that you have a bad LCD convertor, processor is too hot, or your RAM is on the fritz. I would definitely send it back if it has only been a week or so since you bought it.
