I can tell the big point WUs are back. My average is up from 1500ppd to 2000ppd. I lost one of my good folding machines, but I'll pass 260,000 points sometime today.

I reached one of the goals I mentioned last month - made it into the top 20 folders in the TR Weekly Standings update this week for the first time.

Hurray! :D

I just hit a million. Dang, its too bad I can't just fold for both TR and R3D. Well, hmmm. Bummer. No solution to that.

Here's the solution. Just change the username to UnitedGerbilNation and the team number to 2630 on 1/2 of your PCs. :D A simple yet elegant solution. A win-win-win situation. :D

Significant milestone for me: I just made the top 20 for team 2630! As of today I have contributed 0.93% of the team's total. 1% is my target, although I doubt I'll make it as I suspect I'll be losing PC's shortly :(

'Fraid so. That's the down side of borrowing spare cycles on boxen that you don't own - the owner can always so "no more, thank you." But in the short term I'll be adding a new Venice-core Athlon64 shortly... :)

I broke 300,000 a week ago!

Reached #38 on TR list.
Top 20 daily avg for TR regularly of late

My one year folding (all for TR) anniversary is coming up in July.

I hope I can keep it up. Whew it's hot here lately - 115 the other day, 109F today. A/C is workin' hard.

Can't wait for the dual core Athlons! I think maybe I need to upgrade my lowly Pentium 3 866Mhz HTPC to an Athlon X2 4800+, right? Need some spare CPU cycles for all that movie watchin'

An Athlon 64 machine is down for a few days, while I order a new heatsink for it. Evidently the OCing I do, the stock heatsink didn't like. Who knew...

However, at work today, I did gain 3 3.2ghz p4s.... they're camera servers, set to get small WUs only, and only running one instance, but still a nice addition.

Hopefully I'll have DrFish's P4 he sent me up soon too... 2ghz never hurt anyone ;)

Have one instance of F@H running 24/7 on my new 4400+ box... 100% cpu=nice ppd.

will also get a mobo for my other 3200+ 64 at some point...

And there's my update. I'm sure you're all thrilled!
I love you, Peter Roth.

Oh, we are, don't worry ;)

I don't know if I have much to brag about, except I'm slowly crawling up the folding list trying to get into the top 100. I'm at 111 right now, but there's a pack of red and orange colored people who are about to overtake me, so I'll probably be stuck here for awhile. I need to get that dual core X2 so I can add another client at home ...

*brag* I have no idea how many units I have posted, where I rank, and I haven't looked for over 6 months now!

"Former addict" yet still folding.

Haven't bothered since joining UGN.

2 instances running when I'm not gaming. When I'm gaming, it seems to split the other CPU into 25/25 for the folding. I could set the affinity, but I'm far too lazy for that.

Just messing with you, since no one else had yet :D

So how do you set the affinity anyway, and what does that do for you? (Just thinking ahead for when I get my X2... :) )

I would think that if you put one of your F@H's at idle priority that the game would take over when it needed to. At least that's what Tom's Hardware Guide's "stress test" seemed to demonsrate. (You all remember that, don't you? ;) )

Anyway back on topic, this is a bragging thread. So here goes, the gerbils of the nation are about to take 13th place in team TR... :)
