The 8500DV's already close to being maxxed out, especially on the RAM side. Figure no more than 5% increase in RAM, and 10% in core. It may be even less than that though.
My buddy Walt had an 8500DV for a while, was able to OC it rather heavily, actually. I'll have to go get numbers from him. I personally found a retail 8500 and a TV wonder to be a better overall solution.
