If I were in the market for an agp card that would be a sweet deal. Unfortunatly the agp computer I have isn't fast enough for that card and when I build a new computer (please God soon) it will be pci-e.

Last I checked the x800xl wasn't the top performing graphics card...or are you just talking about that specific series?

I think they are referring to the current sweet spot in the market, but I think that this deal is an even better price performance point so if an x800 pro will suffice I would say it would be a good time to buy.

Kind of funny, just a short while ago an x800 pro would be an awesome upgrade for almost everyone, things change so quickly...

Damn! I recently bought a 6800 for $200. Oh well. The fanless cooling, and games that came with more than make up for the price.

My 211.00 refurb 6800GT is on it's way. Hopefully it doesn't arrive dead in the water. I shoulda' picked it up when it was 200.00.
