The local Sports Radio station. Currently playing the ESPN-borne Collin Cowherd Show. That'll be on until 12 here when we get the Chris Speilman Show. I'll switch that up with the new Our Lady Peace album or some time with Alternative Addiction, which is one of the best online stations I have ever found.

the webmaster droning on and on about "why people shouldn't use firefox" (he writes everything in ASP.NET and half of it is broken to the point it isn't functional in anything non-IE)
I do not understand what I do. For what I want to do I do not do, but what I hate I do.

Now I'm listening to the chinese delivery order taker try to decipher the street name "Cherokee".

And, sadly, a strange "loudness" to my primary HDD in this machine during heavy seeks. (ugh)

The good news is that he's starting to hear that he's a turd...some of our customers are starting to move to firefox for security reasons, so he's hearing alot of complaints from some vocal, activist customers...doesn't mean he'll fix it in the inhouse pages, though.

Which album? As I've probably noted before on these forums, IMO her best stuff came after her popularity had started to wane. I think at some point, she just decided to stop trying to make a "hit single", and started making the kind of music she likes.

I just picked that album up and have really been enjoying it. Good stuff. Funny though, how I found Fall Out Boy. They are on the soundtracks for the two most Recent Burnout games... in fact, recent EA games have inspired at least 3 separate album purchases. Huh, interesting.

Just listening to a two disc "Best Of", since it covers the gamut.

Coheed and Cambria - Delerium Trigger now...

whatever the playlists want me to hear next. I got about 12 GB of music from someone who had a bunch of the stuff burned to DVDs. Reminds me that I let someone else borrow them and still havnt returned them to their owner(or gotten them back in general).

Awesome, they were my favorite band in high school.

I never really got into TFTO, though I suppose the mention of it here means I'm gonna have to haul my old vinyl copy out and give it a spin for old times' sake. "The Yes Album" and "Close To The Edge" were my favorite Yes albums back then... and "Relayer" is the one which -- for me -- has really stood the test of time. "Relayer" is simply brilliant.

Didn't get around to hauling the vinyl out until tonight.

I guess I have to say, I still don't quite "get" TFTO. It meanders quite a bit... 80+ minutes of music, with (IMO) about 40 minutes worth of musical ideas. I did rip it to MP3 while I was listening to it though, so I'll listen to it again while I'm at work next week.

Also listened to another old Yes album that I never bought the CD reissue of -- "Going For The One". GFTO is actually pretty good... though not up to the level of their best.

Listening to Schubert Songs transcribed for solo piano(by Liszt) in a vain attempt to get this maddening collection of tunes known as "Philadelphia Chicken" out of my head. It's supposed to enlighten toddlers (in this case, my nephew) to the joy of music listening and I believe it also is secretly tailored to drive a grown person insane.

And 1 of the songs is sung by..The Bacon Brothers! What could be better? http://www.baconbros.com/desktop/couchAndGuitars.jpg :x

generally listen to "classical" with Zeppelin, Floyd and Radiohead thrown in for good measure.

I liked the old Queens better, the new one is a downer, kinda boring. Put Dav G. back on drums and call me when they release another one...

Perhaps far from atheist, but definitely not Christian.
