first sff system, advice needed

Wed May 31, 2006 7:21 pm

I am working on building my first sff system. I will be using it mainly for browsing and some* gaming. I would like to stay near the 600$ range. I setup a public wishlist on newegg, so If anyone would like to give it a look, that be great. I already own an eVGA 6800 8X agp card I will be using in this system, so I don't need to purchase another gpu. Thanks in advance.

You could save yourself a few bucks if you go with a different DVD-RW drive. I see that you are trying to get the $5 off the shuttle, but you will be able to save more without that combo deal. Take a look at these:

BenQ or NEC

I wish I can hop onto that bandwagon as well, but $600 with an SFF is too low if he needs to get another video card.
