For the sake of review, I want to make this clear, so that those who do not understand deeper messages embedded within sarcastic irony -- and you know who I'm referring to -- can process my point. He wants us to believe that we can solve all of our problems by giving him lots of money. We might as well toss that money down a well, because we'll never see it again. What we will see, however, is that Squirrel is a pretty good liar most of the time. However, he tells so many lies, he's bound to trip himself up someday. Due to the power relationship between the dominator and the dominated, his eccentricity is surpassed only by his vanity. And Squirrel's vanity is surpassed only by his empty theorizing. (Remember his theory that "the norm" shouldn't have to worry about how the exceptions feel?)
Hrmmm, the scary thing is, it makes sense.
