...SCO has filed for bankruptcy protection.

And there was much rejoicing.

One more nail in the coffin.

hahaha, read the summary at ArsTechnica, but The Inq's headline was great.

Whoa, Novell has spared no expense putting together the team of attorneys to represent them at the bankruptcy hearing. Looks like they've got all the bases covered:
Ms. Dyas earned her J.D. from the University of Texas Law School in 2002, and her Ph.D. in Linguistics from the University of Texas at Austin in 2002. Her doctoral research analyzed the linguistic features of deception under oath in English and certain romance languages.

Hehe...

Looks like SCO's about to get reamed.
