If you'll pardon the imagery, I think you'll absolutely spooge yourself. I went from a 21" CRT to this, and was pleasantly surprised to find the 22" wide LCD picture was the same height as the viewable image on the 21" CRT.

I hear that all wide-screen lcd's are unfortunately 6 bit.

NeXus^ wrote:Oh and for interests sake, for a little more expensive 21" LCD screen that does HDMI (through a cheap adaptor or just a HDMI-DVI cable) and also is HDCP complaint montior for anyone wanting to watch 1080i/p movies on Highdef or BluRay, I know for sure that the Samsung 215TW works beautifully. Mine displays at 1920x1050 through the HDMI cable too, but apparently my bro believes it is stretched and upscaled from its native 1680x1050 resolution, but doesn't look at all stretched. Oh, and his cheaper 22" LCD monitor he bought for $300 is not HDMI complaint, I tested this they dont work at all without HDCP complaince with High Definition DVDs. Just a lil info for anyone wanting to know when buying new monitors, and wanting to use it later for High Def!
